Balances on a Freelancer.com account are withdrawn thru the following options:

Freelancer.com Debit Card:
  • Card can be used anywhere Mastercard © is accepted online at any ATM and in stores.
  • Withdraw cash in local currency at ATMs around the world
  • Online access to view your account activity
  • If card is lost or stolen, a new card is issued and balance is transferred.
      Requirement:
              A $30.00 Freelancer.com balance is required to order a card
      Processing time:
              Freelancer.com funds will be loaded directly onto the card

PayPal.com:
  • Shop securely without revealing your credit card or bank account information
  • Pay conveniently and quickly when you shop online 
  • Send money to friends and family
  • Shop worldwide at ebay and thousands of other online stores in your preferred currency
      Requirements:
  •  A PayPal account
  •  A $1 fee is taken from your Freelancer.com balance
      Processing time:
             1 week  (Released every Monday and Tuesday)

Moneybookers.com:
  • Send money to anyone's email
  • Withdraw money
Requirements:
  •  A Moneybookers account
  •  A $1 fee is taken from your Freelancer.com balance

Wired Transfer
  • Withdraw via Paypal to a local or US Bank account or a card
  • Withdraw from your PayPal account to your in-country bank  account or to a U.S. bank account. In addition, withdraw to a credit, debit, or prepaid card in the following countries:

  4. Indonesia

I recommend that you use a PayPal account for fund withdrawals. A Freelancer Debit Card
bank withdrawal has a $2.15 fee per transaction which is costly in the long run.

I haven't tried the Wired Transfer option of Freelancer.com but basically it works thru PayPal which is already a second option.
